Black screen after intro every time. Intro plays fine, loading screen, then blackscreen with music.

Tried all combinations of installation: Root, Non-root, in the folder, everywhwere but the folder, standalone.
Version [con] F2 Nevada Mod 2.03.3.
Whatever im trying im getting intro, then blackscreen.
Changing graphics in .ini does nothing except adding <1s of weird colours.

Any wizard out there to navigate me? I have both steam and non-steam versions of Fallout 2.
