PPSh-41

Created by Georgy Shpágin as a simplified alternative to the PPD series of submachine guns in service with the Red Army prior to 1941. Chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev, utilizing a simplistic open-bolt blowback firing mechanism and made mostly of stamped steel, the PPSh was a fast-firing, cheap, and effective weapon. Initially deployed with cumbersome 71-round drum magazines, in 1942 the PPSh would instead get a 35-round single-stacked box magazine. By the end of the Second World War in 1945 the PPSh was the single most-produced model of submachine gun in the entire war, with over 6 million units manufactured.

Right click while holding E to switch firemodes. You can swap between box and drum magazines in the mod's options menu (you get the same overall number of rounds with both).
