Start the quest

Simply walk from your apartment towards the left hallway then right until you see the data shard called "Feed teh cat" in the dumps. If the bowl is not there don't freak out. just come back later and the bowl should be there. However keep in mind if the quest is not there, Its alright, just go do your quests and random stuff then come back and check for the quest cause as of now there is no way to know what makes the quest available.

Get the cat food

CP77 added the cat food as an item that You can buy from any food vendors.

The Final Step

Now just head back to the place you first started the quest, you have to leave the cat food in the bowl, just go sleep and check back on the bowl.

Enjoy your new cat in Cyberpunk 2077 :)

there is also a pet iguana you can get.... steal the egg and wait for a while for it to hatch. can keep your cat company while youre out!

Just an update on Cat food, it's been added to food merchants so you should be able to find it easier now.

I found some food when looking around Randy's home during The Hunt quest! Not sure if its always there but another option to get that food!
