Unity Mod Manager
It is required for all the mods below. It is quite easy to use. Just follow the instructions.

Unity Mod Manager[www.nexusmods.com]
Quality of Life
SkipIntro[www.nexusmods.com]
You can also try Skip Intro which mod here skips both the Kickstarter Thanks message and the book opening sequence,

Faster Menu Book Zoom[www.nexusmods.com]
This mod speeds up the fade in and zoom on the book containing the main menu when the game first starts up.

Clean[www.nexusmods.com]
It is a utility mod which reduces the size of your saves by eliminating left over loots and corpses in areas. If you have any leftover corpses the mod would bring out a windows for you to loot when you are about to leave the area. You can click “Take all” and then click “Clean”. Click Clean would destroy any leftover corpses.
You can install and forget about the mod. The mod works just fine without tweaking the setting of the mod.

No History[www.nexusmods.com]
Keeps the useless history file from getting huge in your saves for faster saving/loading times along with smaller save files overall.

QuickUse[www.nexusmods.com]
Use any scroll or potion while out of combat with shift-click, instead of right-click -> Use. Save your clicking.
The healing is instant, so you can just click, click on healing potions until your character is up to full health.

Kingmaker Buff Bot[www.nexusmods.com]
Set-and-forget solution to casting buffs on your party.
Setup a profile, attach it to a party slot. Click execute. Will save for all games. Comes with default profiles to use.
Default Profile is trap. Just delete all profile and creat your own. I prefer to creat profile under the name of my party member. In each profile, you choose what buff you nee and the game would cast it automaticaly.

Sort by Category[www.nexusmods.com]
A mod which changes how sorting by "Type" works: weapons/armors/shields are now sorted by a category (e.g. Bardiche, Tower Shield, Heavy Armor), then optionally by price and then by name.

Better Vendors[www.nexusmods.com]
Adds many different vendors and convenience to the base game, includes the functionality of highlight unlearned scrolls as this mod patches the same method and the broken vendor progression.
  • The vendors from town can now be enabled in your throne room. Don't worry though, they will be in their normal spots too. Buying supply without stepping outside your house throneroom!
  • Create a trash loot list that will transfer to the sell list when you click the offer button inside a vendor screen. Add/Remove items from the list by holding Ctrl+Clicking on a item. By default trash items are shown as faded red icons, but this can be customized in the settings section.
  • As stated above the mod that highlights unlearned scrolls is not compatible so I added the functionality to this mod.
  • Includes a fixed version of the Vendor Progression mod! It functions the same way the old mod did, and progress is based of your kingdom stats. Usually if you level up certain stats, it'll add items to certain vendors.
Highly recommend you to use the Ctrl + Cliking to mark items as trash. This feature help keep your inventory clean.

Inventory Tweaks[www.nexusmods.com]
This mod should be completely save and other mod safe. It can be used at the beginning or in the middle of play through

With this mod you can use any useable item in your inventory from a convenient list from the main HUD. This will free up belt slots for more important items and really let a scroll savant shine without the micro managing from the inventory screen. This mod will also let you stack the annoying 48 composite longbows into one inventory slot saving a lot of clutter. Toggling can be accessed from the UMM menu as I see it as being a stay on or off the entire time you play setting. It is on by default.

UI Extensions[www.nexusmods.com]
Features
  • you can access the settings menu by pressing Ctrl+F10 by default.
  • Always display HP text
  • Always display pet's portrait (which can be scroll with mouse wheel)
  • Display pets HP text or HP bar on master's portrait
  • Change the position of the inspector
  • Override "Infomation In Combat" settings using mod settings (and you can toggle them using a hotkey, it's Alt+I by default)
  • Fix the attack lines of unit intentions
  • Scale UI size
  • Hotkey for hiding / resuming HUD (it's Alt+H by default)

The original mod is not working with the latest version of Kingmaker. Here is a link for updated mod done by other peoples.

PS: Steam don't allow link to outside website, therefore I have to break the link.
Edit: The archive includes two folders, to install place the UIExtensions folder inside your Pathfinder Kingmaker\Mods folder.

Mods by Holic92
Call of the wild[www.nexusmods.com]
  • This mod adds Antipaladin, Arcanist, Brawler, Hunter, Occultist, Oracle, Witch, Skald, Warpriest, Bloodrager, Shaman, Investigator, Summoner, Psychic, Spiritualist, Hinterlander, Dawnflower Anchorite, and Holy Vindicator classes, and lots of new feats, spells and other class abilities.
  • It also nerf monk's AC and Paladin's save bonus. Therefore, Monk dip and paladin builds are useless now.
  • It also fix lots of bugs and exploits, so builds built around those bugs and exploits are useless now too.
  • Some change, such as monk AC nerf, can be changed by editing settings file in the mod's folder
inside Steam\steamapps\common\Pathfinder Kingmaker\Mods\CallOfTheWild. Open it with notepad.

This the scond biggest mod beside turn based mod.

proper flanking[www.nexusmods.com]
[/h1]
This is a mod for Pathfinder:Kingmaker that replaces original game flanking mechanics to that of pnp pathfinder. It also adds cover mechanics and a few related feats.

Favored Class[www.nexusmods.com]
This is a mod for Pathfinder:Kingmaker that adds favored class mechanics, traits and archetype stacking.

Kingmaker AI[www.nexusmods.com]
This is a mod for Pathfinder: Kingmaker that aims to make game a bit more challenging.
It changes the way enemies pick targets, and spells used by some spellcasters.

All the above awesome mods are made by Holic92 alone and they greatly add variety and difficulty into Kingmaker.
Cosmetic
Heroes of Stolen Lands[www.nexusmods.com]
Adding over 377 new high quality portraits to the game. Make your own hero and companions for the story that you want to roleplay. +56 GOT Bonus Pack

Hair Unlocker[www.nexusmods.com]
Unlocks hair options of difference races. Use Human hair with an Aasimar.

No more film grain[www.nexusmods.com]
This gets rid of the terrible grain filter so you have a much sharper experience especially those with lower resolutions.
Good Cheat
Bag of Tricks[www.nexusmods.com]
This is a monstrosity beast which offers a lot of cheats and tweaks.

Item & Equipment
I usually check “no item weight” option in this category. I don’t like the idea of heavy inventory management.

Buff
Buffing your party before every battle gets repetitively and boring when you reach middle levels. The buff given by this mod is permanent. They only disappear after resurrecting.
Take Tristan for example, he is a buff machine and I count the buffs he can cast and give them to my companions by cheating. Tristan still remembers those buff spells but he never use them or convert them into healing spells. This way of playing saves me a lot of play time, since I don’t need to actually cast buffs and rest to refill my buff.
Now, since we have auto buff mod, I don't play with this cheat anymore.

Rest
I don’t use it. I don’t need to rest much, since Fast Travel mod let me move on the global map in a high speed.

Dice

I choose Always Success in Passing Perception and Trick Skill Check. I hate trap and I hate failing them then heal and then rest or reload.

I choose Never Roll 1 for All. I dislike the critical miss concept. It maybe is fun in tabletop RPG. I don’t think it is in Computer RPG.

Tool

Camera
I enable Camera rotation and set the hotkeys. It is quite useful in some circumstances.
I change the distance of the camera for my liking, so I can see further and more.

Weapon Focus Plus[www.nexusmods.com]
A mod which makes Weapon Focus and other skills/feats which use a specific weapon type (Improved Critical etc) to also work for other weapons in the same weapon group.

Difficulty Modifiers Scale With Level[www.nexusmods.com]
Changes the way that difficulty works so that the modifiers applied to enemies depend on your level. This makes the game a lot more managable on unfair in the early game and makes the game more difficult at the end.

Kingdom Resolution[www.nexusmods.com]
A mod offer various way of cheating in kingdom building.

I played through the kingdom building once and found it quit boring and quite a time sink. Some time I just sit there and click next day, next day and next day, just waiting for the timeline trigger.

I recommend choose automatic kingdom management, which disable kingdom management, in the game’s difficulty setting. Be warn, you can only choose automatic kingdom management before starting the game.

Note: You do lose quite a lot of unique equipment from kingdom management if you disable it.

Fast Travel[www.nexusmods.com]
The mod has two different ways to speed up the game, the normal one and the cheating one.
  • The normal one makes the game run faster.
  • The cheating one makes players run faster but the time in game flows at original speed. It is called cheat because it let buffs last longer relatively.
Awesome Mods which saddly is not up to date
Turn Based Combat Mod[www.nexusmods.com]
There is turn based mod first and then there is turn based mode in Kingmaker!
This mod is still better than the official turn based mode in Game.

Autoheal[www.nexusmods.com]
The mod gives you 3 different customizable hotkeys that perform as follows (default shown):
(with keybind code from TurnBasedCombat and ModMaker, HUGE thanks to hsinyuhcan and spacehamster for their amazing work)

CTRL-H will restore the entire party to full HP using available magic from the character(s) you have selected. This is just like when resting.
CTRL-T will restore the currently selected character to full HP using available cure/inflict potions and scrolls.
CTRL-SHIFT-T will restore the entire party to full HP using available cure/inflict potions and scrolls.

ProperFlanking2Indicator[www.nexusmods.com]
Enemies turn magenta if you mouse over them and are flanking them (instead of red).

Most of these recommendations are terrible. You don't even need the turn based mod any more, it's now built in to the game.

these sound like they suck. Very arrogant to say "This mod recommendations guide is to provide players means to better enjoy the game."

I've checked and I can't find goodberry anywhere. I'm just gonna use cheats to deal with rations then unless someone actually adds goodberry to the list.
Vecho  [Autor] 12. Feb. 2020 um 15:52
Teleport sound familiar. I believe Bag of Tricks has it. If not, then there is must a teleport mod in modnexus. I remember used this function before.
Insubordination 12. Feb. 2020 um 12:20
Is there a mod that adds the spell goodberry or more options of places to teleport to?
