Go To Steam[Steam apps]Common [Caesar 4] [C4] Then find the DLL.bat file Run As Admin do that and then go to Steam and try to Run it.The game has to run the Bat files to be launched So Just Try this Guide and fix this Problem and enjoy this game :D

It runs for me but the first time I add a food market it crashes with a compiler error. I'm running Windows 11 64 bit. does anyone have a fix?

When I choose run as administrator, the screen comes up then disappears immediately. Game still won't launch Widows 10. When I go to CaesarIV.exe, I get the message, " The code execution cannot proceed because D3DX9_29.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

When I click play it does absolutely nothing. No runtime error or anything. It says I have 1 min of play time and stops. Any help would be appreciated.

It didn't work for me, but after that I installed this runtime to direct x and it works fine! https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
