In a Windows we have a function "DEP" (Data Execution Prevention) is a security feature that can help prevent damage to your computer from viruses and other security threats. All we need is just add Amerzone for an exception of DEP.

1)Start -> Control Panel

2)System and Security -> System -> Advanced system settings

3)Advanced -> Perfomance -> Settings

4)Data Execution Preventation -> Turn on DEP for all programs... -> Add

5) Add Amerzone.exe
(Like D:\games\Steam\steamapps\common\Amerzone The Explorers Legacy\Amerzone.exe)

6)Apply and OK.

7) Go play/

solution: restart your pc and then run the game in compatibility mode with windows 98 / windows Me

У кого вылетает -- могут попробовать запускать игру по ярлыку из папки с программой. Он запускает игру в режиме совместимости (галочка масштабирование цвета плюс от имени админа).
