This game has a very good career mode, offering a standard career mode, and a career mode where you are the driver AND the boss. The physics are quite nice, although I don't know if they are good compared with the real cars of course.
Multiplayer can be fun if driving in a league, which can be found quite easily if you put in a bit of effort. The rest of multiplayer is 50/50. you either face drivers that are respectful, and who are on you level or even higher. and than you have the players who can't properly brake so they drive into your back. I find that I do not enjoy F1 as much because of this.

But don't let the dirty drivers scare you away, because they are just a minor issue in an day to day basis.
