This is a really relaxing game that can provide an atmosphere in which you can study, work and relax, while also setting a limit to the time given without the need of a Smartphone or similar, that creates distraction.
Even when you feel the need to look at you PC or Laptop because you are used to it when sitting at your table, you can look at something that relaxes you and that even reminds you gently of you work.
I really recommend this.
