Lol, I thought only new content pops up there. Naw I didn't mod anything, I found out that running that game on lower settings has a tendency to temporarily put the wrong attachments on guns. It's only a graphical glitch though, you (unfortunately) cannot launch grenades from a Webley. I once had a German K98k rifle grenade pop up on a Tommy, but it disappeared before I could screen it haha
