This is probably my most played game in my entire life. I remember casually getting into this game over the years, with about 150 hours total. Over the past year or so, I have put in 850 more hours of great fun with great guild mates. A lot of people say the combat is floaty and is not that great, but I have had a lot of fun with it. The stories are pretty good most of the time and it is all wonderfully voice acted too. There is so much to do, so many quests to tackle, and motifs/style pages to unlock for transmog purposes because fashion is the true endgame. I have spent many nights with friends playing this game and laughing; It is wildly good with friends and I highly recommend you get some buddies to try this game with you when it goes on sale. I think $16 gets you most of the DLC with exception to the newest release. Go into it with some good buddies and I think you can get a lot of mileage out of it.

I love this game. I have never put 1000 hours into a game before, and I can't wait to add thousands more.

Good gameplay. Inexcusably bad performance issues. I would have closer to 50 hours played if the game didn't take my FPS down to 9 FPS when exploring new areas; It becomes genuinely unplayable. I don't know if this is a shader issue, but developers need to do a better job of optimizing games for PC. May update review when the performance issues are remedied.

It is a very fun game if you are matchmaking with a 4 stack and communicating regularly. If you are playing with randoms, god help you. It can become extremely frustrating and you can run into some nasty players but that goes for most online games. The game is essentially a tug of war between a chest you're supposed to winch. One of the main complaints of the game is that you can do everything right and still lose in the end due to someone on the enemy team winching the last notch of the chest. I don't really find that to be too much of an issue, as the game is quite literally about Robin Hood, the legend that steals from the rich and gives to the poor so I am not entirely sure if swooping someone's chest is worth complaining about. It really is the name of the game. I am enjoying my time with it. It has good structure to it, now it just needs more modes and more maps. Some incentive for maxing out your player level would be great. Lots of areas for this game to go and I will update this as more content becomes available. 7/10. Good time with friends.

The game is a lot of fun, no doubt. But under it's current condition it is just unacceptable. Today alone it has crashed over 7 times. I don't understand how a game in 2021 which has been in development for five years can even release in this state. Online is nearly broken and crossplay isn't available at the moment despite being functional in the demo. Fun game, unacceptable state. What a mess.
