- Intr-un ceaun turnati 3 pahare de lapte si 1 pahar de apa. Lasati sa dea in clocot.
- Turnati malaiul Panzani, adaugati sare (dupa gust) si lasati amestecul sa fiarba 3 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, pana mamaliga este gata.
- Mamaliga trebuie sa fie mai tare. Daca e nevoie, lasati sa mai fiarba putin, amestecand pana se mai evapora din apa.
- Rasturnati mamaliga pe un fund uscat de lemn. Modelati cu o lopatica de lemn mamaliga calda intr-un strat de cca 5 cm inaltime si neteziti suprafata.
- Lasati mamaliga sa se raceasca si taiati-o cu ajutorul unor forme pe care le ungeti sau le udati cu apa inainte de fiecare decupare.
- Pe masura ce taiati, puneti formele din mamaliga pe un platou.
- Scoateti in farfurie si adaugati lapte rece sau cald, dupa preferinta.
