I have played this game for now on a decade, initially starting out in 2013. It pains me to say this but the game has trended downwards for now on years in the making. It's tough to talk down on such a unique, enthralling game like War Thunder but it needs to be said. The publishers of this company are trying to milk every cent they can out of the playerbase and it's painfully obvious. The publishers also have squandered any attempts of the developers to actually make decent changes that would favor the playerbase. The game is needlessly grindy without paying to progress and there are certain cases where there is a soft "wall", so to speak, blocking progression from certain tiers without buying a premium account or a premium pack/vehicle.

Can the game be fun? Absolutely, or else I wouldn't have maintained my continued support of the game for such a long period of time. But as it stands, there are serious problems that need to be addressed with the game and as such I cannot recommend a new player start during this time until such issues are properly fixed.

Early Access Review
I like the concept of the game, I really do, but there's just too many factors that lean me towards a negative standpoint.

The game, in my experience, has moments of adrenaline-pumped action, and other times where you feel as if it's just a indie project.

I understand the development team is a bit on the smaller side and that every nook and cranny can't be accounted for, but the severe hamper on gameplay caused by hit registration and frame data malfunction cannot be understated.

If you're looking to buy, wait for a sale or until the development cycle is further along.

From what I played of this game in comparison to the first Life Is Strange game, I was left thoroughly impressed and satisfied. The pacing is a lot slower than the episodic-like theme of the previous entries, however the focus on emotions and character make up for this tenfold! If you were on the fence about the purchase, I'd say wait for a sale. The game has great content and an enthralling plot, but it's a little limited on replayability and you can finish the game in a single 6-8hr session, if you're dedicated enough. Overall, I give it a solid 9/10 for it's outstanding cast, soundtrack, scenery, and plot!

If you're looking for a 4x game that has a relatively insane amount of customization for your empires and species, this is it right here.

WARNING: Learning curve may make you want to ponder life's decisions for the first 20 hours.

Relatively easy to learn and pick up, hard to master. After 300 hours, I'm still learning new things.

Early Access Review
On the surface, this game really does look very promising and it's quite fun initially. However, once you play for a while some of the teething issues that come with an early access game are brought to light. Personally, I feel as if the $16.45 spent on the product wasn't wasteful, but perhaps was too early to be spent. The game has a lot of potential and that's great, but some major glaring issues with some of the callouts are just too noticeable. The game also has frame hiccups from time to time rendering can be a little iffy. Overall, the developers have a decent product on their hands but it needs to be more refined. I'm completely open to changing my review should the game actually improve and the issues listed above, among other things, are fixed.

This game is infuriatingly difficult to learn, extremely scary at first, and amazingly funny with a group of players who enjoy messing about. There is simply no other game like it on the market as of now that can replicate it's gameplay and mechanics to a degree in which Dead by Daylight has accomplished. The game is worth every penny spent and every hour played in my eyes.

BEWARE! There is a steep learning curve, however, and this may affect your purchasing decision.

Not really reccommended. Even with a good PC that can handle the game fine, it has way too many issues with server support and I've found myself joining battles only to crash on start. Wouldn't spend IRL money on this game, nor would I play it.

So this game, Tyto Ecology, is amazing. For anyone who likes tycoons, and managing their own playstyle, this is the game for you. I enjoy the balancing aspect to the game very much. Mainly because if you mess up, it all goes down the drain, but if you dont mess up, your effort is rewarded. I dislike the unavaiblility of Steam Mods/Workshop Creations, but this is all due to funding issues. Once this game gets off its feet, there is no stopping!
