I saw in a comment you made about flying joystick in AB that you have an X-52 and were having difficulties. I have read that the X-52 has built in non-linearity. You should do some Googling on nonlinear axis and the X-52. I used to own an X-52 and even after modding it with magnets and spring mods I was having trouble and sold it for a Thrustmaster 16000m and I couldn't be happier. I just recently read today that the X-52 the non linearity problem.
