- Online play can be a hit and miss depending on your region, for me no significant issues or disconnects (US east), a bit of lag here and there but nothing major, other people have reported matchmaking taking a long time.
- Cross-play missing

On sale I think is worth it or you don't mind spending full price, plus in-game transactions, be ready to spend some more cash if you want battlepass, skins, gear etc.

You are a fan of the Battlefield series, Conquest or Rush XL (not always available) 64 vs 64 are some of my favorite modes to play casually other playlists are just okay.

Your PC EXCEEDS recommended requirements, this game will use every inch of you CPU and GPU, not a huge difference from Low to High settings, also you have to be connected to the EA App while launching on steam, which in my case I've been getting the message "things are taking a little longer than usual to load up
hang tight while we try to solve the problem", not sure if the servers are bogged down.

You don't mind a few hiccups with this game like pc shutdowns here and there (might just be my pc), every once in a while the game just black screens when ending a game or connecting to one after a 1-2 hour gameplay.

You will rely on matchmaking, community servers are not a thing in this game, except in 1 mode (portal)

Other things to keep in mind:

Consider Battlefield 4 or V
Test EA Cloud Gaming Service might give you more bang for your buck and access to more titles
Wait for the next battlefield to see if things improve, this game gets updates, but nothing major so far.

Absolute must have, the franchise has come along way, the mechanics are different from USF4, but at this point in time it features
- beautiful graphics
- crossplay
- tons of characters
- rollback netcode (less laggy matches)

lots of people still active on the game (12/22), it all depends on your region and connection, goes on sale frequently so grab it and hop on some matches!

3rd strike arcade, training mode and online, everything else is nice to have
on sale is worth every penny (got it for $12)

Other options for 3rd Strike Online :
Fightcade (Emulator), Parsec (remote play), Xbox/Ps3 Online ($14.99)

MP Beta access was superb!

Campaign is nice for about 8-10 hours, add to that the achievements and difficulty settings and you got a few more hours

Minor bugs for me (2 that I can recall, crashed at the start of the campaign due to graphic settings and mid campaign got black screens on death).

For the $99 price tag on it, no battle pass yet till Nov 16, a exclusive map/mode for pre-order would have been nice, but I'm betting on the developer team to improve this game going forward.
