SoI is a great DLC and did alot of good for the health of the game, but it still needs more work before it is more fun than frustrating to play. The AI is better, but still psychotic at times jumping into plays they have no business being in. Wars are better now, but armies are still prone to marching around the front instead of fighting at it, losing you wars you'd crush otherwise. There are other major issues, but overall I'd say that with SoI the game is now playable. But would I recommend it yet? No, wait for another DLC or two.

With Thrones of Decay and now patch 5.2, its become clear to me that the game isn't being run the same way it was when Shadows of Changed launched. The game is in the best state its ever been in and if the recent content is anything to go by its only going to get better.

Broken down to its simplest its not too hard of a game, and with alittle effort you can get the hang of it quickly in 3 easy steps.

1. Be polite.
2. Be effeicent.
3. Have a plan to eat everyone you meet.
