Very fun game. Extremely unique with plenty of amazing models and textures that make the world truly feel alien from the magics. The controls are easy to get the hang of. Also I have heard a lot of people unfairly say this game steals from warhammer fantasy just because its also in a high fantasy setting but this game really has its own unique......well...... everything, every little thing no matter who it is or what it is its an original design.

As for the campaign it will draw you in and make every decision you make seem important. The mixture of rpg and rts are something i really haven't seen in a game like this before but it fits seamlessly and you will find yourself sucked into the world and all its dark and wonderful glory.

All in all this game even to this day is worth playing. I hope this review has been helpful.

Amazing game on par if not better then fallout 3 and new vegas for me love the atmosphere

Good game difficult and challenging. As a fan of the books i do enjoy it simply for nostalgia but also for the extremely interesting combat system and world map.

Great game love everything about it. Each faction really feels different from the constantly mobile goo to the Defensive Beta to adaptable humans to the ever changing shroud. I would recommend this game to anybody who wants a new rts in an old rts format.

Incredibly addictive and fun game. Playing as a super badass Genetic Infantryman with funny comrades and a story that will keep your attention hooked. 10/10

Not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination it has a great concept in a great world. It definetly could use some polishing and actual cutscenes pictures with people talking in the background. The models are very well done, and the factions are well fleshed out but the sounds seem to freak out every once and a while.

Overall i would give this game a 6.5/10

Great game kind of like space hulk but i think it has better variety of your units and enemies you fight.

Amazing game. loved it the only problem was that the campaign was quite short.
Really wish this had more love.

I fell in love with the ground control series very quickly and if you enjoy rts games that really require you to be tactical you will love GC 1 and 2.

Also who doesn't love rapid fire rotary cannon artillery.
