Actually great. Enemies spawn rate determined by time in round and map chosen. Legacy system in place that allows you to keep a small amount of boosts going into a round. Players scale exponentially, BIG NUMBERS = FUN. Getting treasure feels very good, just a great rush of dopamine every time. A session won't put you over an hour, and it's easy to hop in and out of.

I love this game. I have spent a lot of time playing both competitive and casual (including extra modes). The controls are tight, the latency on the servers isn't absolutely terrible, and the satisfaction of practice making you better is great. Unfortunately... if you are brand new to the game you are going to have a very hard time unlocking certain items. The new update is a money scheme for a company that had been REALLY good up until this point. Some car pain schemes cost as much as the game does! I would steer clear for now; wait until this fiasco gets resolved.

If you don't mind paying for cosmetic items, or don't WANT any cosmetic items, then get the game! It's fun. But this money grabbing thing they have done is so wrong.

Very fun city builder. Controls are smooth and the construction of cities is easy and intuitive. The graphics are pretty good, but the amount of DLC out there is a bit much. There is some free DLC, but even without the DLC the game is fun. Put on some music and make poor choices on road management!

The base game has many fun songs, but I found they came from the Extra playlist and the Monstercat DLC playlist. The modding community is OUTSTANDING and there are many songs you can get that will make this game fun for hours. Drink water!

A spiritual succesor to Harvest Moon 64. HM64 was one of my favorite games growing up, and the more recent releases of those types of games have been... well disappointing. This game is not only immersive, but the controls are very precise. There was a rush of sorts to get everything done before your "Judgment" in the early release, but the game has since been updated to give it a more chill feeling. Would recommend for anyone looking for that relaxing game.
