Very cool alternative to actual game expos.

Delivers the gameplay you would expect from the screenshots and description, and thensome. Playable in small or large bites, and just as easy to return to the next day or the next month.

Great little game that allows you to explore a variety of stories. The effects of your choices manage to surprise at times, but often make sense.

If you enjoyed Papers Please or Orwell, you'd love this.

While it's a very attractive experience, I found the gameplay shallow, unintuitive, and mostly an impediment to my enjoyment of the visuals.

With the pricetag, I think most people would be better off just picking up a couple of the movies and/or purchasing a more enjoyable parkbuilding game.

I went into this expecting that the "psychological horror" tag was going to be tongue in cheek and boy was I surprised.

Great game I heartily recommend to anyone with a couple hours to spare.

A strange, alien, and unique experience. I can't recommend playing the demo highly enough.

The gameplay is openended without strict "solutions" to the obstacles you face, almost to the point of it being a liability, but if you accept that this is a fairly short game/experience from the start, then you'll find it an enjoyable day or two's experience.

Steam says this game took me 3 hours, but I'm guessing that doesn't include the previous time spent in the portion covered by the demo.

I can't recommend this game.

The concept, art, and sound were solid enough... but the writing failed to convey any intelligence or depth of character (where appropriate), leaving me relatively indifferent towards the end who lives & dies.

Any reviewer that doesn't give this Game of the Year, isn't worth their salt.

I'm a fan of Telltale games. Wasn't so much a fan of the Borderlands franchise before this.

This game converted me.

From the musical openings, to the very last moments... this game delivers the best Borderlands has to offer, in nice movie-sized packages.

10 out of 10, with no room for improvement.

I really want to like this game. The genre is pretty thin, and the whole dictator premise is almost non-existent aside from Tropico.

However, there's a disconnect between the choices you are provided as a player, and your ability to manipulate events in a positive manner. The economic limits imposed also seems to "favor the lucky" too heavily, as the resources you and your neighbors are randomly provided early on seem to determine the course of the game.

Often you are present with unachievable goals, as well. Or its unclear how to achieve them. Such as gaining a certain percentage of respect with a faction, when even going all-in for every bonus won't net you the % you need. The unattainable goals wouldn't be so bad, but you are then penalized for not meeting them, when its completely impossible to meet them in the first place. Sometimes this results in an immediate "Game Over" as well.

Beautiful city. Wonderful soundtrack. But the story was predictable, and was lacking the depth that would have made it an alltime favorite of mine.
