expensive game but high satisfaction to pay ratio, compared to a lot of other games. I used to play a lot of civilization, but this is even more hardcore (super steep learning curve, super complex game, and one should spend more time to learn the various facets of the game, than obtaining a university degree, and even then, one still can always learn more to perform better.

Day one, my first game i started was on multiplayer. No indication of the ping, which is bad, as I would like to see how my connection is to the servers, as I play from China. 1 minute into the game, the game crashes and exit to desktop... So far, 0/10 - Gotta try out playing against the AI now..

I love this game, I am totally into the CIV genre and I love futuristic technology! I like the thought and depth that has gone into developing the technology tree and culture tree, which I think is a lot better than the previous games.

The different victory conditions / storylines are awesome. All in all, 10/10 awesome game!
