You can replicate it by following steps: 1. set the player animation to the sitting one and tile the whole player along with roll axis by -42 degrees (adjust the angle if the ground is inclined), 2: rotate the ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Thigh bone by the angle of (20, 35, 85) degrees, each represents pitch yaw, roll, respectively, 3: do the same with respect to the ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Calf bone by (0, 45, 0).
