400 g Chorizo-raakamakkaraa
1 iso sipuli
2 valkosipulinkynttä
1 varsisellerin varsi silputtuna
3 rkl Mutti tomaattipyreetä
1 dl ruffinon chiantia
1-2 tlk Muttin Polpa-tomaattimurskaa
4 rkl hienonnettua lehtipersiljaa
3 laakerinlehteä
2 tl sormisuolaa
1 tl ruokosokeria
½ tl mustapippuria
400 g gluteenitonta spagettia
parmesaania

Irrota makkaroista kuori ja paloittele kolmisen makkaraa reiluiksi paloiksi ja murenna loput pieniksi nokareiksi. Hienonna sipuli ja valkosipulinkynnet. Kuutioi varsiselleri.
Siirrä chorizo kylmälle pannulle ja nosta lämpöä. Paista, kunnes chorizosta alkaa rasva irrota ja lisää sipulit sekä varsiselleri. Kuullota pehmeäksi ja lisää tomaattipyree.
Paista muutama minuutti ja siirrä ainekset isoon kasariin tai valurautapataan. Lisää loput aineet, kuumenna kiehuvaksi. Peitä kannella ja anna hautua 1 1/2 tuntia. Tarjoa spagetin ja parmesaaniraasteen kanssa.
