This monster needs to be stopped. He's scaring children and parents by parking in front of schools and recording the minors, harassing women sexually in public and online, and is threatening to kill anyone who LOOKS at him wrong! He's recently been here in Sheridan Wyoming and Hardin Montana and now he's in Deadwood and Sturgis SD where his power steering pump went out and he's claiming that the authorities and get this....a minister's husband out of jealousy...."cut his lines" and is Demanding that they fix his car. He's been reported to the ASPCA for beating his dog online and feeding the dog rotten meat on bones that have been sitting in the trunk of his car. He's slandered a very good officer's name here in Sheridan stating ONLINE that this innocent man incested his daughter! He has harassed and degraded our Police Chief ONLINE simply because the chief went on a local radio show and mentioned his name TRYING to cull the panic in the community...old Conald went off the rocker on that one. He has threatened our town Mayor and our City Hall. He harassed the court clerk, our librarians, has been forbidden from just about every retail door in the community and has made everyone's life a living hell here! NOW he's in Sturgis demanding that the authorities not allow motorcycle gangs at Sturgis Biker days...the man is CRAZY and has numerously threatened and invited violence back at himself from the HELL'S ANGELS because one apparently looked at his car wrong....he has a death wish and wants to take down as many with him as possible. He is literally insane and needs SEVERE help, a padded room and a straight jacket to keep himself and the rest of us safe!! I have been doing everything possible to get him completely removed from youtube and facebook where he has over 50 or more AKAs and pages together, not to mention on Google, Twitter, and Instagram among others. He has incited others "his desciples" he calls them as he claims he's doing "God's work" and is God and is untouchable because he's supposedly this "ex CI double agent".....hmmm that went to prison for felony assault?? To hate the authorities to trash them all they can and "stamp their foreheads as baby rapers" as we all apparently have that stamp. He lives off of charity (mostly Catholic churches) and if they cannot or will not help he trashes them all over the place ONLINE and in public. He lives off of social security (how is a felon transient getting SS??) and yet can afford whatever his little heart desires for technology? His entire car is one big antenna/radio/video facility! all updated stuff including video glasses. He parks in Pizza Hut, motel, truck stop, McDonalds parking lots just so he can steal their Wifi and if they catch on and cut him off....well of course the authorities are in on it. He has trained his pit bull pup to attack anyone who comes near (near meaning within walking distance ie: gas pumps and such) his car and when the dog is turned loose he's allowed to attack whomever it pleases without being called back and all while Conald laughs and cusses the victim out while recording the whole thing so he can post it on youtube later. (This happened to a friend of mine here when he brought his dog, Boogie (or Booger) into a Catholic thrift store and let the dog wander...the dog bit her in the leg numerous times...but Conald claims the dog is a "service dog"....he is NO service dog! People all around the area in Montana, South Dakota and Wyoming have contacted the authorities about him only to get the company line that he's "no threat" "not violent" BULL!!! How many times has this monster been arrested for assault??? He carries numerous weapons with him in the car (bear mace, knives, brass knuckles) takes pictures of the ones he wants to hate the most and "plaster on his car", tapes our children at play, tapes beautiful women and narrates the background with vulger, vicious, sexual talk and threats (all without their knowledge), has confronted young adults who accidently "flashed" him with their bright lights (that really ticks him off) threatening to "beat their heads in".......but he's not dangerous "not violent" "not a threat"????????? again I scream BULL! He's being watched closely by the FBI, the FCC and from what I'm told....almost all of the authorities in the communities he frequents. He, himself, said that he tries to stick to the I90 as that's where all of the "baby rapers", the "tweakers" and "dirty pigs" live. If this were anyone else the authorities would have had him in shackles and chains by now......WHY IS THIS GOD FORBIDDEN MONSTER ALLOWED TO WALK FREE???????????
