The manual trading bot is mostly a temporary thing anyway, I'm planning to have the site organize multiple bots' inventories into a single list that can be searched later on.

For now you can use backpack.tf for sorting (it also shows approximate prices of items): http://backpack.tf/id/ynbot1
You still have to add it from the Steam inventory, but it's easier if you know what you want already.

Thanks for reporting the problem with my bot earlier. I fixed the queue getting stuck by adding an automatic reboot when there's no activity, so it shouldn't happen again.
