A few years back I remember reading someone saying on the internet - 'Bungie's like that toxic cheating girlfriend who keeps saying that she's changed but she'll mooch all your money, treat you like ♥♥♥♥ and when you go wtf is going on she'll come up with superficial garbage like inflation, cost cutting and (this one's the funniest) it's too hard (to make games) or even flat out blame you for all the problems'

Save your money on buying regurgitated seasonal content with a face-lift for a game that was dead quite a few years back and buy something that gives more value to the money you spend on playing games.
