Too many cheaters in the game. If you play against them and disconnect from a competitive match, you get an abandon. Therefore, you are left with two choices:

1. Disconnect because there is a cheater in the game and PUNISH yourself not being able to queue for another game.
2. Suffer dying to cheaters and _hope_ that your next game does not have any.

Developers seem to not even care about cheaters anymore, just milk more money using skins. That's the best strategy.
