Street fighter 6 is great, it's great for a lot of damn reasons but first and foremost it's a huge step in the right direction for the biggest legacy Fighting-Game series and fighting games as a whole.

Besides super solid gameplay and features on launch, something sorely lacking in fighting games, it also has features and modes for non competitive or single player gamers.

World tour is the main reason I'd suggest the game to those new to fighting games or street fighter. World Tour is a open-ish world mode where you can create your own character/fighter and 'tour' two large hubs and meet the cast of street fighter, fight them, learn their moves and interact with them in other ways. It has a mostly servicable if doofy story and plenty of different enemies to teach people the fighting game ropes. It's not perfect, it's not even great sometimes but it's a very solid mode on its own and better than the measly offerings of most fighting games before this.

The rest of the game is great too, the visual style is incredibly solid, the PVP aspect is satisfying without any huge barriers besides ones own skill. And there's good character variety with every character having a solid toolkit, There should be a character for just about anyone and any playstyle. The music isn't the best of the series but honestly it's no slouch either.

In short even if only for single player gameplay buy the darn game.

Okay so I just beat steamworld quest; I'm not pleased with my strategy ultimately.
I was slightly inefficient and had to rely on rare healing items to get through the last boss on the hardest default difficulty.(NG+ has a harder difficulty that I don't think I'll touch).

the game was pretty good, definitely worth a but; but get it on sale if you're a card-game veteran. It's not a hard game; sometimes it just feels a smidge unfair depending on builds. Also it's just a little too compact for its own good. As i said everything is chapter based. Cutscenes aren't fully skippable so replaying to grabbed missed loot or grind is a bit slow, and there's only one extra area that being a Colosseum. Build variety is there but it can still feel a bit constraining.

Given how other people loved a character and I almost never touched them mind you i do think I was playing wrong; and I'm just not the best card-gamer. So please take my review with a pinch of salt.

The story is generic standard rpg; somewhere between Western and JRPG but by god is it adorable and it carries itself well. Music is good, art is excellent, environments are nice looking but standard square-room dungeon layout so nothing interesting there. No hard puzzles to speak of so most of the games meat is in the battling or deckbuilding.
And that's where I'd say it could have used a little more expansion; so there would be more extra stuff to blow apart with your decks and less mobs that you needed to fight, plus somewhere to just grind if you wanna buy everything.

So to wrap it all up, it a very well put together experience, beautiful and overall fun. But it lacks Quality of life features and is pretty straightforward with no real side-tracking except for an arena and collectible loot in each stage. It's not overly hard so anyone with deckbuilding experience should play on the hardest difficulty.

Early Access Review
This is legitimately the cleanest platform fighter available on steam, and I'd argue on the PC as a whole. It's somewhere between Smash 64 and melee in how it feels to play; it has stages for casual and competitive play, a goofball aesthetic, a slap-ball game-mode that's tons of fun, and wonderful devs. The only sticking point is the graphics which can turn some people off, though I find them charming.

Honestly if you're looking for a solid platform fighter to play then slap-city is the best choice between having a complete set of mechanics and systems, wonderfully fun characters, and great devs and price-point.

Overall Dead Effect 2 is fairly decent port. The gameplay itself works fine, there's a fair amount of zombies and other enemies, lots of guns to loot, upgradable equipment, and a leveling + skill system and quests. the main problem though is the upgrading is linear, skills are fun but a few stand out as the clearly optimal choices, and the guns could use a bit mroe variety between them.

The graphics are plenty fine for what's needed, even pretty snazzy at times. The story does what it needs to; a bit silly and obvious sometimes but it gets you from palce to place. The voice acting meanwhile is bad as is the dialogue; hilariously so sometimes. But there's a b-movie charm to it.

The game probably won't blow your socks off and isn't revolutionising anything but there's enough gameplay to easily sate you if you're in the mood for a zombie filled romp. On sale it's easily well worth the price of admission.

I have happily sunk nearly 300 hours into terraria. It was fun when ti first came out and the devs just continued to deliver more and better content as the game went on. Terraria ia a great experience for both thsoe wishing to have a 2d miencraft esque building game and those who are fans of fast paced 2d action-RPG combat.
As of writing this review there is still at least one huge update planned and even besides updates a large community of modders and plenty of vanilla nd modded servers to play on. So terraria is an easy recommendation from me.
Edit - Nov 23 2016: Even more updates and the game just keeps getting more support. It has continued to receive wonderful support. An absolute reccomandation to most anybody's library.
