The new card system is going to kill the game

I understand that a lot of people have been talking about how its going to be a mess in casual mode.
How on earth does it make sense to turn casual mode, a mode where you learn new champions, so you can play them in competitive (which is the backbone of a game like this), into a game mode where the card deck limit is doubled and you need enough levels to get 25 points in your deck. Why would anybody want to play a champion, if they don't have 5x Level 5 cards? So you're forced to play your main in order to grind out loot boxes, in hopes of getting douplicates for the other champion you actually want to have a viable deck for, so you can level those cards. And then you're ready to hop onto casual and play that champion/deck and learn him, but wait, you're doing that with a completely unbalanced deck that you wont be able to use in ranked. What?
Or should I just quit casual completely and play ranked exclusively, and even when I want to play a new champion for the first time, I'll just do it there and ruin my teams day.
How does it make sense to have people in the match, who have 15/25 loadout points used vs people who have 25/25?
This sounds like a great idea for an even playmode. A no limit type game mode. But having this be the main mode for new comers? Is Hi-Rez even thinking things through at this point?
Or am I missing something here?
