well, now it's time for me to install tf2 and spend hours making my config

apparently reinstalling windows was really easy if you find the right method
just needed to follow through with the windows install via usb and NOT format my main partition

welp, my windows 10 is borked. i literally opened up gmod and then some software problem made my windows think it doesn't exist. my files are still on my hard drive, just that the EFI or BCD or something is preventing it from booting into windows.

i've tried a lot of manual methods to fix this, but all failed. i'm gonna try automatic methods from live USB recovery softwares, but if that fails i need to just backup all my personal stuff and reinstall.

i forgot i had a permanent ban from spirit servers derp :p
