This game, so far, is an absolute banger. I have been on the hype train for Space Marine 2 for the last 3 years and Saber Interactive has delivered. The Emperor has truly blessed us with this game.

I have played Ready or Not for years. I got into this game back in 2019 or so and have witnessed a great portion of its development. I am proud to say that the initial release of the game far exceeds my expectations for what Ready or Not could be. To say that the developers have taken an already spectacular project and elevated it well beyond any other game of its like is an understatement. The newly implemented AI is phenomenal. Both SWAT and suspects act/react in a more realistic fashion than I have personally seen in any other video game. The combat feels fluid, realistic, and gritty. I've seen a lot of people whining about how the suspect AI is "too good", or "too accurate". I do not think this is the case. On some missions where the suspects are meant to be well trained (i.e. military veterans or private security) their accuracy is much higher than on missions where it's just a bunch of armed civilians, who frequently miss shots or will take pot shots into your cover. Ready or Not has *always* been difficult. For as long as I can remember playing, the suspects have always posed a serious threat to the player and their SWAT team. Do I think that this game is perfect? No. It still has a long way to go. Something I will note is that, after the initial launch, performance issues have become more frequent. I have never experienced frame drops in Ready or Not prior to the launch; now it feels as though I can't walk ten feet without my screen freezing for a moment or my frames dropping to 4-10 FPS. All this to say; the game is definitely worth buying or returning to if you have not played the new update.

9/10, would shoot civilian again.

Y'know... this game is incredibly fun when the online works; but, more often than not, you're going to spend more of your time disconnecting from games than actually playing them. What this game needs is mod support to help iron out the bugs and needed tweaks. Other than that, I can wholeheartedly endorse it. I can't imagine sitting and playing this game for 8 hours in one day but a few hours every once and a while? Very fun.

Too good, made me lose my job. 10/10, would play again.
