This game is excellent. It is visually gorgeous, the story is complex and engaging, and the sound design is excellent. But the thing that gets you hooked is the combat. It is a roguelike with bullet hell elements. So it is meant to be difficult. But despite the difficulty, the combat is AMAZING. It is difficult and brutal, but brilliant. The basic game play feels so good and draws you in again and again.

It's a good game. High skill floor, high skill ceiling. Just the way I like it.
