Early Access Review
This game is good, but compared to factorio it falls short.

Sure it looks nice, performs well, and the handling of building in a 3D environment is better than expected.

Still the negatives for me are:
  • This game relies much more on exploration than factorio , but exploration is not exciting.
  • The automation system is weirdly paced in the progression of the game. Half of the game you're probably faster semiautomating things and building them by hand.
  • While they made the 3D building as easy as possible, there is no way they will reach anyway near the comfort of 2D building (Not their fault)
  • The pacing in general is off. There is a reason why factorio had drones. Everything is really slow. Inventory space is always scarce. Running out of stuff to build, while miles away from your base? Probably better to acquire the resources on site and craft the building blocks manually.
  • Markers and color coding your buildings only work to a certain effect. At one point you better start to build for visual clarity besides function, otherwise you might get lost.
  • There is no real danger in the world and therefor little challenge. Confined space and clever building is also a non challenge, when you start to build vertically.

Overall, a good looking game doesn't make a great game. In this case it is a good game for what it is in Early Access.

Played this on PS4 and PC.

The PC port, at time of writing (01/20) still has major stability issues and even after finishing the game I cannot put a finger on it, what is exactly wrong. Safe Mode (~55 °C) crashes after 5 Minutes, everything Ultra (~80 °C) runs fine for hours, than crashes. 80% of the times though I could play for hours.

Other than that, one of the best games I've ever played.

Deliver us the moon is a relaxing, sometimes thrilling story driven game, with a few puzzle and action elements and an outstanding soundtrack.

Liked it. Finished in 6 hours, if the Steam timer is right.

Always wondered what the hype is about Dead Cells. Gave it a try and ... ok I get it.
Even as an unskilled player you should be able to "complete" the game on the normal difficulty, only to unlock more madness.

Controls, music, pixelsprite graphics, everything is amazing.

My favorite Hitman game. Some levels are downright amazing. Replayability is through the roof and you can always set your own difficulty and challenge. Story missions offer various guided approaches to complete your mission but you can always choose your own path.
Content wise the developer is still updating the game on a regular basis.

Only negative I can think of are the various versions offered, where it is unclear to me, what you're really buying and what you need to get the complete edition.

Actually a true and better successor ro Theme Hospital. At first it felt a bit repetitive and easy but later difficulty and complexity start to kick in at a pleasant pace.

Great game, riddled with bugs.

This game made me lose progress multiple times to non-working triggers in the campaign.
Do something unexpected and not tackle a campaign mission by the book and you risk getting stuck, as you cannot complete the mission any more.
Same goes for side missions that lock up all your missions.

I encountered both bugs, mission and campaign.

DX12 is somewhat buggy with 3 crashes in ~15 hours of gameplay.

Overall, if they fix the bugs I would recommend this game. On the other hand, as this game is delisted on Steam, why bother.

I like that game and though I figured out the never ending treadmill, It's just one more dungeon.

What first starts as a typical strategical Tower Defense game is more a 2d, top down Diablo Clone, without the action element.
You grind levels, become more powerful, maximize magic find, loot runes, stack and combine them, become more powerful to absurd levels and then blow maps up.
You can always push the limit, by advancing waves of enemies or stacking runes against you, both resulting in more loot and xp, which in turn makes you more absurdly power.

I like almost everything about the game, except the inventory management.

Just voicing my opinion. Bundling spyware in a full price title doesn't make me comfortable buying another title from this publisher again.
