Banished is even deeper micro-management than the AAA city-builders and RTS titles.
The in-built map randomiser and a thriving mod community offer a wealth of replayability.

Must be mentioned: Shining Rock is a one-man show; this game was built by a just one sole developer.

Creative, refreshing, great execution. Nothing labouriously repetitive to artificially inflate play-time, which is a very welcome change these days. Despite the simple mechanics, full of intelligent surprises all the way through.
