Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision. Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new. Uncle shan is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough. Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role.
