This game is full of toxic a-holes & hackers. I don't play the ranked matches anymore since in every match you will find some toxic person who will vote kick you of even a slight mistake during a round. Valve hasn't done anything to improve the situation like adding "Vote Kick Abuse" in report option.
In casual matches you will always 1 person out of every 3 matches who will just go after you for no reason. Use certain guns and you will be called Noob. Only weapons allowed are AK, M4s, AWPs and DEagles. Players in casual treat it as if they are playing a ranked game as if their family's life is at the edge.

However, only way to beat all of that is to get good at game, I suggest muting whole team for first 400+ hrs that you will spend on this game OR play with friends, or add some people in friends list if they seem nice enough.

1000+ hrs spent on this game, it has helped me experience countless fun moments. It's a love hate relationship but I recommend this game if you can overcome the toxic community.
