U commented on some of my GTAV playing in the snow screenshots; that was not a mod. It is a special Rockstar does during Xmas/NewYears just for that time of year, where all the GTA Online has Snow and Holiday related themes, signs, clothes, etc. Some like it, some hate it. As during this time, it is like always having rain enabled, as far as road conditions, vehicle-handling, etc. While many experienced this for the first time in 2015 due to GTAV being new to PC, they have done it for 2013 (1st on 360/PS3) & 2014 (XBO/PS4) as well. So for 2015, everyone across each platform got to enjoy this once again.
