Never help a human unless it is a friend you know in real life. Found a guy, gave him a back pack and a can of beans. We scavenged a village, he found an axe and murdered me as I ate some tuna. Zombies are no threat in this game, fellow survivors are demon hell spawn that will give you a harsh blow of realty of how vile we as humans are, especially when any level of vulnerability can be detected.
