had your case in overwatch, you shouldn't esp, even if you think you're good at hiding it, use an aimbot with low fov and and a triggerbot every once in a while instead, just don't abuse it, use your own reactions too since usually triggerbots are really fast. Also, you should learn the maps and get a proper movement that matches your skill, your movement is disgusting. If you want to rage, just get a full lobby and rage once very 24 hours.
