Hello Diya Pala! Sorry you are having issues.

Was there something specifically not working for you that warrants the negative review?

Please let me know so I can help you out! I try very hard to support all my users and make there experience a positive one, so here are some settings that might help:

Use the defaults here: http://cpucores.com/manual

Then go to CPUCores -> Advanced -> Constrain Web Browsers and enable that.

Also, for testing, I suggest using the FRAPS free version fps benchmark (not video recording). Play the game as normal (all your normal apps, browsers, Steam, etc open) and use it with and without CPUCores for maybe 5 minutes. Then open the FRAPS log files and compare results, especially the minimum FPS. http://www.fraps.com/download.php

I hope you can take a peek at the settings and see if things can work and then hopefully feel POSITIVE enough to take that into account for your review.
