It's free, people are criticizing this game as it's a paid game

After years of patches, this game is pretty fun and for under $5. It's great value

One of the few AAA game that lived up to the hype and promises. A game that is released that is complete, very little bug and great performance is rare nowadays. Good job game science. Hopefully most game developer will start release their games in a complete state and not full of pre paid gimmicks and trying to milk every cent from the customers.

Moral of the story: Make a great game, the money will automatically come in.

Waited 20 years for this game. I still remember my parents being super mad at me for playing so much homeworld 2 and having 3 hour long online skirmish. Homeworld was my childhood.

Now being in my 30s, I can say this game did not live up to homeworld 2. The story was disconnected from the previous games. The added terrain in the game was only useful for placing turrets, and even with the classic controls, the units simply don't obey your commands sometimes.

Sadly I don't think there will be another homeworld game from now on. Games are just not made the same as before.
