Excuse me while I gush over Chilla's Art for a sec. I've noticed the reviews for this game thus far have been pretty mixed and tbh, I'm not really sure why (although I'm currently playing this game post April 28th update that added saving).

I've already played Inunaki Tunnel, The Convenience Store and Stigmatized Property which were all great games. The main difference is that those games were more linear while this game is more like a survival horror with Fatal Frame-like mechanics. I'm a sucker for Japanese horror games and this one has been great so far.

I've had quite a few spooks thus far while streaming this game, and even though I'm currently stuck, I think I have a general idea of where I'm going and what I'm doing.

Chilla's Art's games have been exceptional at creating one particular thing thus far, and that's atmosphere. The ambience is great, and reminiscent of retro/found footage horror. I think this game has potential and I highly recommend checking it out, or perhaps replaying it post April 28th update to give it another chance. Honestly, for such a low price, I feel like it's worth it.
