In my opinion, the time for kids to finish all the hotdogs is different. Depends on each situation. such as speed of movement such as hand and mouth. and also depend on the size of the body. big or small. Some kid are allergic to hotdog. Couldn't finish it. However, if I follow ur question, it show the same situation. the answer is 1 minute for 1 hotdog if eaten at the same time.
