Team check & Improvements
The amount of members that are active compared to the total members, I plan to increase that so that my team will be focused on quality, not quantity. Another thing that could be improved would be our knowledge and discipline, especially within meeting, and I would like more events such as Classroom Session to be hosted to fully prepare my personnel in future team inspections.
