Probably my favorite game of all time.

I grew up with physics based games, physics based sandboxes to be exact. Out of all of the games I have played in this niche genre this one is leaps and bounds above them all.

The building system (Use Keyboard mode) Is probably the best designed system I have seen for a game like this. Once you get used to it you can pump out massive hulls of ships in less than an hour. You have all the tools you need to build whatever crazy s*** you can think of. That is why this game is wonderful.

The building has a big learning curve yes, but the customization you can do with it, oh boy. You wanna build a speedy pt boat with nukes on board to ram them? Go ahead! Maybe a huge battleship with 24 main guns each more powerful than anything that exists in real life? Go ahead! Or if water isn't to your liking, You can build planes, helicopters, submarines, Hell you can even go to space!

Never has there been a game where you can just think of an idea and just do it, with nothing really stopping you other than how much time you put in.

Then there's the combat. This is like the best part. After you spend that time making the insane machine you just thought up, you get to watch it destroy anything you want to throw at it, or even pit it against other stuff you have built.

Last thing is the campaign. The campaign system for this game is wonderful. Its like a big grid with different factions controlling each and the goal is to capture them all fighting for resources to build ships and territory. It takes awhile yes, but its a genuinely rewarding and satisfying experience.

The last thing is the community, there is a discord and a subreddit for sharing ideas, talking with the devs, and asking for any help you would need. All of them are fantastic people.

If your looking for Physics based building games, building games, or just want to blow some stuff up. Please, just stop looking and get this game.
