This game is so simple, yet very interesting. For a Windows 8 user like me, playing this game actually reminds me of playing my brother's XP computer secretly. Also, the first time I ever chat to a girl was somewhere around 11 years old, and I was using a XP. In this game at the endings, it seems that no matter what you do, Emily doesnt' accept your love towards her, and you are either in friendzone or not talking to her anymore. To be fair though , that's nearly the same as what I did when I was 11. We had great talks, fun, but she eventually just considered me as a friend, nothing else.
Ahh, so much memories...

First acrade game ever owned. Years without playing bullet hell games have made me like a loser when I lost to the first boss. The game has some incredible pros like:
_8 diffrent mode-you are gonna play the game for a long time. And I love it
_Training mode: To train with the levels that are too long to reach or bosses too hard to defeat
_Various ships/shoot modes. Allows for multiple playstyles
_The mechanics are cool and the design of the maps is great
_You will find yourself in a pool of happiness after defeat the true last boss.
Cons:
_You can actually unable to fight the final boss due to not enough requirements
_Unless you check a page to know the requirements, you are gonna spent a ton of time trying to get to the last boss (not even the true final boss)
_Even Novice Mode can be extremely difficult, especially Black Label mode, try Strong type on it and you will know what I mean
_Sometimes you are not able to dodge due to the unbelieveable amount of bullets on screen
_It can be easy to confuse the mechanics of the modes, thus leading to early deaths
_The score counting is extremely difficult to understand. While others can get a stupidly high amount of score, you will only get a little amount of score.
_Restart option completely blocks your way from getting achievements. That's why the final boss, even in Novice mode, can be a challenge to get to and kill it.
But, overall, still a great game. Makes me remember of the glorious time when I bullied bosses on other bullet hell games.(Now in the opposite way)

Yes, I like this game a lot, it's really fun. But however, the DLC is somewhat... horrible. Here are some problems that DLC have:
_The laser now make blood loss even when only used to cut bones. This means kiss goodbye to your no blood loss attempt.
_The ''pizza cutter'' is now...badly nerfed. You now can't use it to complete some surgery with blood loss restrict.
_The ''A small loan from my father'' achievement is unachieveable.
_The drill is freaking stupid and horrible.
_It took forever to cut an eye during eye transplant.
_Stupid eyes goggle and a mask. Are you serious?
_They don't recheck the A++ requirements for original surgeries, which can be a pain in the ass trying to get A++ on all achievements.
_Laser now deals heavy blood loss to the brain skull. Which means you can no longer depend on it to get A++
_Corridor transplants are cool. But they don't have laser. Which can be tedious to the heart transplant corridor. Since the laser has boosted it's power
And here are some good stuff:
_Trump transplant, who doesn't love it? Also, it fixed the A++ requirements, down to like 4700 ♥♥ blood. And it has a laser.
_The graphics are awesome and some new soundtracks are good as well.
_It has more stuffs that can lead to funny moments like Bob's head goes in berserk mode in teeth transplant
_You are a surgeon, and you are not a dentist!
_The pen, pencil, and other stuffs finally have their functions in transplants.
_And the best of all, you get to keep EVERY achievements, secret levels, and secret levels (alien transplant, heavy transplant, Trump transplant) can now be accessed normally like other transplants.
In the end, if you wish to get all the original achievements, DO NOT HAVE THE DLC INSTALLED. Beside that, enjoy the game.

Great game,probably the best dark fantasy game ever.Good graphics,various type of enemies,and lots of fun when playing with your friends!
However,backstabs in pvp are horrible
