You like games like XCOM, you'll like this without a doubt.

Pros: Surprisingly good story with very in-depth world building.
Great value for your money, the game has tons of content already.
XCOM, but with even more mechanics and customization. Many viable, wildly differing builds work.

Cons: The translation could use some refining. You won't find yourself confused or incapable of following the plot, but you won't mistake this for proper English either.
Some mechanics are not explained and I managed to get quite deep into the game before I suddenly found out quite a few, very deep mechanics were available and how to use them.

If I were to say my biggest gripe, is how good this game actually is and it really managed to grip me, yet it was by complete coincidence I ever fell upon it. I was very positively surprised by this and will continue to support/play the game in the future.
