He was 100% cheating in Counter strike he is using some kind of laggig and teleporting hax on enemy team , we played in 5 of us match before and all was fine and than next game same 5 people had massive problems losses and teleporting from nowhere , firstly we reported server for poor connections but with the time it become more suspious , play check this guy carefully as I am more than sure he was using some program to make enemy weaker. Also he had very high ping around 90/110 and was on top of the scoreboard and killing like with ping of 20 ...
