I wasn't expecting to like a cute game about playing as a Witch girl this much, but here we are.

This is great, It's like being an obnoxious real life youtuber, but in abandoned and terrifying locales with all your friends.

After my first run of the game I have got to say, it looks and plays incredibly. The sheer amount of customizability you get makes it a wonderful addition to the Soulslike genre.
The fact that everything is so customizeble makes the game so much more replayable. It allows you to make almost any build you want, which is fantastic.

The game itself didn't launch without bugs or performance issues, but it has honestly become my favorite soulslike game at this point.

In opposition to the rest of the Soulsborne games, the story in this game is much more open, the NPC actually tell you a lot of it if you talk to them.

So all in all, a wonderful soulslike and a wonderful game, a bit too hyped up, as it brought a lot lf people with no interest in the genre that hate on it, but the ones that stay in the community makes it worth it. Because by god, do I love this community.
Walking up to every wall "treasure ahead" "illusory wall ahead" and "try jumping" are some staples I'm glad to see here as well.
