Absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fantastic and criminally underrated. I played on my 360 back in the day, but wiped my entire save putting the wrong disc in and quit. (Yeah in 360 it was 3 discs lmao)
So finally got a chance to try again, and I was not disappointed! In case you're wondering, this port is really good, I experienced no bugs or crashes, aside from some issues with the launcher initially.
My ONLY problem with the WHOLE game was the ending, there's a specific detail that bothered me, until my friend pointed out it was supposed to be a trilogy, and then I understood that it was probably supposed to be a bit of a set up for a sequel. Forever pissed off that we'll probably never see the story, or gameplay, continued anywhere else. The gameplay was incredibly unique, and starkly different from that of other detective games I've played, it actually felt like I was having to solve a mystery, and the setting means that you don't have the benefits of more modern crime scene things such as DNA and whatnot (But you DO have the benefits of acting unethical to get answers lmao)
Anyway, it's a good game. If you like mysteries or detective work, then go for it! Just be sad that there'll never be more, and then harass Rockstar until we get a sequel
