Not for the faint of heart, let that be clear. This is as hardcore as games get. You will die when you start playing, but in the end you will get better. Still, getting to the end isn't a certainty. If you're a perfectionist wishing to get all challenges, I would definitely NOT recommend this game as it is a true challenge that might not be too healthy for you at times, haha.

The random aspect of the items picked is a very important part of the game and makes every playthrough different. However, I recommend keeping a browser open with an item sheet or even a damage/synergy calculator to see how a pickup will influence your build. Because nothing is as annoying as picking up a run-breaking item.

Be prepared to die (often), but experience a rewarding feeling when you build your skill and get better.

Pretty fun, kinda addicting. Slow progress though, so prepare to put in some hours before you beat the game.

Nicely drawn and challenging puzzles. A bit slow at times, but the atmosphere makes up for that.

This game pleasantly surprised me. It is so much fun to play because of the way you are free to choose your approach to quests and problems you encounter. Want to go stealthy? Want to go swords (literally) blazing? Want to go ranged? It's all possible and equally fun. The cinematic feel of the fights and especially the finishing blows, makes every fight a pleasure to watch.

I didn't think too much of the nemesis system at the beginning, but when one ***** Uruk killed me two times I started to really thirst for revenge. He became my prime target and I started to see how the nemesis system is a really great invention that makes the gameplay more personalized and helps with the immersion.

The voice acting is nicely done and overall you can really feel they paid attention to detail when creating this game.

Definitely one of the most competitive shooters out there. I first used to play Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, but I think this game really levels the playing field and requires players to just have more skill.
