Having a 4090 has its perks. A lot better game than I expected.
Up there with any other AAA open world game.

I get the people are upset with the performance on older cards, but on my 4090 it looks amazing and runs great with DLSS 3.

I would recommend waiting until you have a card that can handle it instead of just trashing it. It is meant to show off DLSS 3 and the improvements to ray tracing in the RTX 4000 series.

Fun little rouge like, perfect for the steam deck.

I just finished the game through virtual desktop on a quest 2 with a 3080. This is what VR is supposed to be. I started PC gaming shortly before the original half life was released, so I grew up with half life and its mods. It felt true to the series, but with a level of immersion that I have never experienced. It truly feels like you are there. I took my time and explored every inch of the map. I would say it took me nearly 30hrs to finish at a slow pace.

I wish that valve would add multiplayer support into source 2 for multiplayer mods like the other half life games. Who knows we could get the next counter strike out of it.
